Refund policy

THE AHAD KHAN GUARANTEE We want you to be completely satisfied with your acquisition. If, for any reason, you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN To be eligible for a return, your timepiece must be in the exact condition in which you received it:

  1. Unworn & Unused: The watch must show no signs of wear, scratches, or resizing.

  2. Original Packaging: All boxes, warranty cards, and manuals must be included.

  3. Protective Films: The clear plastic protective stickers on the watch face, case back, and bracelet must be intact and unremoved. If these films are removed, the return will be rejected.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact our Concierge Team at concierge@ahadkhan.store with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the appropriate return address. Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer's address on the package.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND PROCESS Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Sale items or Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.
